1. ASSET, PORTFOLIO AND COMPANY VALUATIONS (Due Diligence)

Osprex specializes in rigorous independent assessment of HIIP, resources, reserves, economic value, technical and commercial uncertainty & risk. Our clients are operators and start-ups making decisions to farm-in, to increase equity, to purchase assets, portfolios or companies, and lending institutions deciding whether or not to fund projects. Our projects have ranged from high-level screening to in-depth economic valuation.

i. COMPETENT PERSON’S REPORT (CPR)

Osprex provides independent reserves & resources audits for stock market listings and associated valuations and internal company management use.

ii.   RESERVES AUDITS

Osprex conducts Independent Audits of assets and portfolios. We will collate the necessary data and, utilizing operator development plans, create production forecasts and profiles. All the stages required for asset valuation can be done in-house.

iii. INDEPENDENT REPORTING

Osprex provides an expert opinion on third party reserves reports, information memoranda and operator development plans for interested parties, including banks and lending institutions.

iv.  ECONOMICS

Osprex can conduct an in-depth economic analysis of an asset and, if required, build detailed fiscal models. Once production profiles are generated, an economic analysis is required to determine a production cut-off and permit an asset valuation.

i.    PRESENTATION FOR ASSET SALE 

Osprex will support the client in preparing an evidence-based presentation of reserves and contingent resource potential of an asset with costed appraisal and development scenarios to demonstrate total asset value.

ii.   CONCEPT   SELECTION &   PROJECT DEFINITION

Osprex will refine conceptual development options to a point where a  single development scheme can be selected and define the selected surface and sub-surface development scheme within a fully integrated field development plan.

Osprex will prepare a basis of design to allow FEED  tender and support the client in the FEED (project specification) tender  &  award process and project manage FEED studies. We will prepare well proposal documents and work with the client to define and refine the project execution plan.

iii. FEASIBILITY  STUDIES &  APPRAISAL PLANNING

Osprex will assess the discovered resources, identify a range of development options, evaluate critical risks, and develop an appraisal plan to enable the project to progress to  Concept Select, by which stage at least one development scheme must be technically viable and commercially achievable. Feasibility studies address subsurface, wells, facilities and project risks and can include related commercial agreements.

iv.  FINAL INVESTMENT DECISION

Osprex will prepare a formal Field Development  Plan for submission to partners and regulators to support final investment approvals. The plan would include a resource assessment, integrated project execution plan,   production and cost profiles, risk assessment and mitigations, and a life of field management plan to maximize value.

v.  FIELD LIFE EXTENSION

Osprexwillscreenandidentifyactivitiesto enhance or extend production from brownfields including infill drilling & workover campaigns, facility and associated infrastructure de-bottlenecking, and evaluation of secondary and tertiary recovery schemes.
